What we'll do:
Art-Inspired Reflection — Explore selected works focused on self and identity to open discussion
Reflective Inquiry — Sketch and paint through an autobiographical lens to clarify your values, strengths, and next steps
Process-Based Art-Making — Simple materials (pencils, markers, watercolours) with zero pressure; the focus is reflection, not the final product
