Refund Policy for Online Workshops

​

We strive to offer a valuable learning experience for all participants. Please read our refund policy carefully:

​

  1. Due to the live nature of our events and the preparation required, all sales are final. While we do not offer refunds, you may reschedule your session. You can select an alternative date for the same workshop within 6 months of your original purchase, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled start time.

  2. If you do not attend the workshop and fail to notify us in advance, you will forfeit your registration. In these instances, you will not be eligible for a refund or a rescheduled session.

  3. In the event that we must cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the choice between a full refund or the option to reschedule for any available future session.

  4. Technical Issues: We are not responsible for any technical issues on your end, including internet connection problems, software issues, or device malfunctions. Refunds will not be issued due to technical difficulties that are not caused by us. Please ensure your equipment is ready prior to the workshop.

By registering for our workshops, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.

Refund Policy for In-School Workshops

 

We aim to provide a valuable professional development experience for all participants. Please review our refund policy for in-school workshops carefully.​

1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds for half-day or full-day in-school workshops are available under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the workshop: 70% refund of the registration fee.

  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before the workshop: 50% refund of the registration fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop: No refunds will be issued.

2. How to Request a Refund: to request a refund, please contact us at visie_etheridge@outlook.com with your registration details. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Workshop Cancellations: In the event that the school or organizer cancels the workshop (due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a snow storm), you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The opportunity to reschedule or transfer to another available workshop.

4. No Shows: If you or your designated participants do not attend the workshop and fail to notify us in advance, no refund or rescheduling will be offered. Please ensure that participants are available to attend on the scheduled date and time.

5. Transfer of Registration: If a registered participant is unable to attend, their spot may be transferred to another teacher from the same school at no additional charge. Please inform us at least 24 hours before the workshop of any transfers.

6. Special Circumstances: In cases of personal emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if such a situation arises.
