  3. Ownership of Content: All materials, including presentations, worksheets, videos, and any other resources shared during the workshops, are the intellectual property of VISIE. It is illegal to record, reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of the workshop content without prior written consent from us. Unauthorized use of our content is subject to legal action.

  4. Participation Responsibility: By participating in the workshops, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your actions during the session. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages that may result from attending the workshop, including any actions taken based on the content presented.

  5. Technical Issues: We make every effort to ensure a smooth and seamless experience, but technical difficulties (such as connectivity issues) may occur. We are not responsible for any disruptions or inability to attend the workshop due to issues on your end (e.g., poor internet connection or technical malfunctions).

  6. Changes to Workshops: We reserve the right to modify or cancel workshops at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants.

  7. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, VISIE shall not be held liable for any damages, loss, or expenses incurred by participants as a result of participating in our workshops. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  8. PrivacyYour participation in our workshops requires us to collect certain personal data. We are committed to protecting your privacy, and : our Privacy Policy outlines how your personal information will be used and stored.

  9. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Quebec, Canada.​

Terms and Conditions for Online Workshops

 

By participating in our online or in-person workshops, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Registration & Payment: To attend any of our workshops, registration and full payment are required in advance. All payments must be processed through our website, and registration will be confirmed once payment has been received.

  2. Workshop Access: Our workshops are live events and will not be recorded or made available for viewing after the session. You will be provided with a link to join the workshop at the time of registration. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to participate.

  3. No Shows: If you do not attend the workshop and fail to notify us, no alternative sessions or adjustments will be offered. Please ensure you are available to attend the workshop on the scheduled date and time.

  4. Ownership of Content: All content provided during the workshop, including but not limited to presentation materials, instructional videos, and any other resources, is owned exclusively by [Your Name/Business]. It is illegal to record, reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of the workshop content without prior written consent. Violators may be subject to legal action for copyright infringement.

  5. Technical Issues: We strive to provide a seamless experience during our workshops. However, if you experience technical issues on your end (e.g., internet connection problems or software issues), we cannot offer compensation or rescheduling.
