A 90-minute creative reset — just for you. Not your students, not your to-do list. Limited to 6 educators, this intimate session uses art as a tool for reflection, fresh perspective, and renewal—no art background needed.
What we'll do:
Art-Inspired Reflection — Explore selected works focused on self and identity to open discussion
Reflective Inquiry — Sketch and paint through an autobiographical lens to clarify your values, strengths, and next steps
Process-Based Art-Making — Simple materials ( such as pencils, markers, chalk pastels, oil pastels, or watercolours) with zero pressure; the focus is reflection, not the final product
